This full day instructor-led class helps employees at all levels recognize and eliminate key barriers to quality communications. Using assessments, multiple exercises and practice opportunities, participants examine their verbal and non-verbal communication skills and focus on specific areas for improvement. Guidelines on how to communicate expectations to others will be shared and practiced. Emphasis will be placed on establishing credibility as a communicator in order to effectively influence both co-workers and customers.
