Objectives
In this course, you will learn to: • Identify sensitive information requirements and translate them into custom Sensitive Information Types (SITs). • Implement exact data match (EDM) based SITs, document fingerprinting, and trainable classifiers. • Configure, manage, and publish sensitivity labels and auto-labeling policies. • Apply labels to Microsoft 365 containers (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Power BI) and enforce Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps controls. • Design and deploy Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and rules based on your organization's compliance requirements. • Configure DLP policies to support adaptive, risk-based protection. • Plan and implement Microsoft 365 retention policies and labels to ensure content is retained or disposed of properly. • Create and manage insider risk policies, indicators, and Adaptive Protection levels to handle risky user activity. • Search, monitor, and investigate user and admin activities using Microsoft Purview Audit. • Implement Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) for AI and configure controls to prevent sensitive data from being uploaded or exposed to generative AI services.
